Dental Laboratory Digitec LLC acquired an 11,904 square foot industrial building at 2835 Virgo Lane in Dallas from Devices and Services Co. Susan Singer of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services negotiated the sale with Jimmy Yi of Neostone Realty Group.
Holt Cat, an authorized Caterpillar heavy equipment and engine dealer, purchased the 82-acre Anna Business Park on Highway 5 from Anna. Holt Cat is considering selling part of the site to other industrial users.
An investor bought a 127-unit apartment community in Dallas. The Chesapeake Apartments are located at 11620 Audelia Road in northeast Dallas. Nick Fluellen and Wesley Racht of Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale.
Investor Tony Lin purchased the Vanderbilt, a 152-unit building at 2053 Estrada Parkway in Irving. David Fersing, Nick Fluellen, Bard Hoover and Wesley Racht of Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale.
An out-of-state buyer purchased three Arlington rental communities. Built in the 1960s, the properties were sold by Global Real Estate Advisors. Rental communities sold include the 75-unit Avalon Apartments on North Cooper Street, the 70-unit Tuscany Square on West Lovers Lane and the 72-unit Regency Apartments on Airport Circle. The new owner plans to renovate the buildings. Mark Allen of Global Real Estate Advisors handled the sale.

An investor bought a 232-unit apartment community at 4542 W. Kiest Boulevard in Dallas. iBorrow provided a $20 million loan for the acquisition.

Popshelf Retailer leased 13,419 square feet of retail space at Preston Shepard Place, a shopping center located at 1601 Preston Road off West Park Boulevard in Plano. Gretchen Miller and Scott Smith of Weitzman negotiated the lease with Jill Tiernan and Susan Ridley of The Retail Connection. Popshelf is a retail store concept launched by Dollar General.
GBK Sports LLC leased 8,055 square feet of office and warehouse space in Woodlands Business Park Building 1, 2009 108th St., Grand Prairie.
