MIAMI — Marriott International has signed an agreement to manage the first all-inclusive Delta Hotels by Marriott resort. Under the agreement, the current 117-room Grand Matlali Hills Resort & Spa, located in Riviera Nayarit, Mexico, is expected to undergo a significant transformation to meet Delta Hotels’ new all-inclusive brand extension concept by Marriott and East is slated to be renamed and managed by Marriott International in 2021. The resort is slated to expand to 300 rooms by 2023.
